Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. We explain what's wrong and what it will cost before any work begins. No surprise add-ons.
Is there a service charge?
Only in two cases: if you're more than 25 miles from Rockville, Maryland, or if you have an unknown leak that needs an in-person diagnosis. It's a flat $100. You can pay it in person when we arrive, so you never have to send money before you see us, or pay ahead with Zelle to eighthwonderhomecare@gmail.com (put your name and job address in the memo). Within 25 miles, new installations and jobs where you already know what you need have no service charge. Any further repair costs are discussed in person before work begins.
Do you install water heaters and filtration systems?
Yes. We replace and repair water heaters and install whole-house and under-sink filtration systems, including reverse osmosis units.
